Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Tati’s first cross-cultural experience was as a child when she moved with her family to Singapore, then to Miami. These early experiences sparked a lifelong fascination with global cultures, setting the stage for her future roles as an international student, professional, mother, and expat partner.
Tati furthered her global perspective through her education. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babson College in Boston, USA, and an International MBA degree from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Armed with her educational credentials, Tati launched a successful career in Human Resources, gaining over 16 years of experience as a senior professional in multinational companies.
This professional journey, coupled with her personal life, gave her first-hand insights into the complexities of relocation and cultural adjustment.
The COVID-19 pandemic led Tati on another international adventure. She moved with her husband and two kids to Paris, France, and currently resides in Barcelona, Spain.
These personal experiences of adaptation and change further honed her understanding of the cross-cultural journey and inspired the creation of Interoots.
Today, Tati combines her international background with her professional expertise to work as a mentor and consultant.
