Born in Brazil and raised across continents, Tati Paes experienced her first expatriation as a child, and has been navigating global transitions ever since. Her journey through Asia, the Americas, and Europe shaped a deep understanding of what it truly takes to feel rooted abroad.

With 16 years of HR leadership in companies like Samsung and HSBC, and degrees from Babson College and IE Business School, Tati blends personal experience with global expertise. After moving to Paris with two young children, she founded Interoots to help families and professionals relocate with clarity, purpose, and balance.
